2025年11月6日から22日にかけ、ブラジルのベレンにおいて国連気候変動枠組条約第30回締約国会議（COP30）が開催された。本稿では、適応に関する世界全体の目標（GGA）の指標採択をはじめとする同会議の主要な成果を概観する。とりわけGGA指標については、この国際的決定が民間企業の活動や市民社会とどのように関わるのか、その背景や今後の展望を踏まえて考察する。
